The Arkona Baptist Church will be the host of Airing of the Quilts to help celebrate Arkona’s 150th Anniversary.
So the quilt committee are looking for your quilts to be “Aired” or shown.
Quilts old, new and stored in hope chests need to come out to be shown. If you know that a quilt was quilted by church ladies of the village, that quilt needs to be at this airing of the quilts. The committee will show all quilts that come to be aired.
If the quilt has a story please submit it also with your quilt.
Please, drop off at the Baptist Church. Below are the times we will be at the Church:
- Tuesday, June 9th from 6pm to 8pm
- Wednesday, June 10th from 2:30pm to 4:30pm
- Thursday, June 11th from 6pm to 8pm
