Entertainment & Events
Plan the fun! From live music and contests to stage schedules and kids’ games, help create the weekend’s unforgettable entertainment lineup.
Facilities
Help make it all run smoothly. This team coordinates setup and take down, equipment rentals, signage, waste management, and all the logistics in between.
Fundraising & Finance
This group ensures the event stays on budget and helps raise the funds needed through sponsorships and creative fundraising efforts.

Parade
Ready, set, march! Organize the route, line-up, themes, floats, and logistics for our signature parade celebration.
Vendors & Concessions
